Covering Letter (CL) Engagement Letter Added Functionality Your main point of contact will be {{MainContact}} who will have primary responsibility for this assignment and also responsible for the ongoing work.

{{MainOrDualContact}} enables the option of a Main Contact only or adding a secondary contact to the text. In either case the Main Contact will be populated from your practice data, and the Secondary Contact must be manually entered in the {{SecondaryContact}} input box.

After completing the Registered Address by either using the Companies House Look Up or by entering manually, the option exists to now select to set the Trading Address the same as the Registered Address and the details will be copied down and populated.

The Trading Address is the default address for 'Covering Letter' correspondence so must be completed.
